Schneider Family Dental has been my dentist for a few years now. They are an amazing group of people that care so much for their clients. I have sensitive teeth and with that, they are gentle and patent. The team remembers me every time I come in and you are greeted by your first name as soon as you walk in the door! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Schneider and his team at Schneider Family Dental. Recently, I had a dental emergency (initially treated by another Dentist) and reached out to Dr. Matt after hours. To my surprise and immense relief, he responded within an hour and accommodated me last minute the very next day. Dr. Schneider showed exceptional patience and kindness throughout my visits. He took the time to thoroughly discuss my situation and carefully walked me through a treatment plan (without pressure), ensuring I understood every step of the process. Can’t recommend Schneider Family Dental enough as they are extremely nice, professional and great at what they do. Recently, my daughter had an issue with a tooth and they were able to get us in within a day. Her tooth required getting a filling. Both Dr Schneider and his assistant were so gentle with her as she was pretty nervous about getting shots to numb it. They were quick, efficient and we were out of there in no time. She had a great experience and I highly recommend their office.

The staff here is super friendly. The costs are explained clearly. Dr. Schneider has a great chairside demeanor and his practice features the latest technology, which means putting my crown in took an hour and a half instead of two weeks having it milled somewhere else. It can all be done in shop. The hygienists are gentle on your mouth, too. I’m very happy coming here and you will too!

Once terrified of the dentist to the point I didn't go for 10 years! I found Dr. Schneider Family Dental and I go religiously, never missing an appointment. To the point that now I look forward to going. Vaida is absolutely incredible! She made me feel comfortable, super easy to talk to, always excited to see you and is the sweetest person. Dr. Schneider recommended orthodontic treatment that I am now in the beginning stages of, but if it weren't for Dr. Schneider, Vaida and the wonderful staff, I would have never proceeded with the treatment I needed.

We have been going here for many years! The best dentist office we have been to and now our kids are going here as well! For someone who hates the dentist office they make you feel so comfortable and welcoming. Such a family friendly place and it feels more like a home when you enter then an office. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Schneider for more than 25 years. Everyone in this office is friendly, cooperative and polite and there is almost no staff turnover. Dr. Schneider is highly trained to employ many new dental techniques - no more multiple visits for a crown! He also is conservative in his approach trying small steps and only recommending larger procedures when really necessary. In addition to all that, he’s a nice guy!

The whole staff is great and very attentive and truly listens to your concerns. Doctor Matt is the best dentist I've ever had. Debbie is my regular dental hygienist and I can't speak highly enough about her. My mouth never hurts after a cleaning and having served in the military I have seen quite a few dental hygienists. If it means anything I moved to central Pennsylvania and make a 5 1/2 drive back just because I'm so happy with the service I receive.

I had my regular cleaning appointment this week and brought my 4 year old daughter with me who had a scary experience at her last visit (at a different office). Debbie went above and beyond to make her feel like going to the dentist is not scary at all! She let her sit in the chair, counted her teeth, checked my daughter’s baby doll’s teeth and let her pick some prizes as well. Even Dr. Matt checked her baby’s teeth. I appreciate you all so much for taking the time to give her some extra attention and now she’ll enjoy going to the dentist!

Had an exceptional experience as a new patient at Dr. Schneider's office. Initial appointment with the hygienist was comfortable, painless and enjoyable. Follow up appointment with Dr. Schneider was on time. Everything was explained and performed in a professional and informative manner. Staff is friendly and kind. Dr Schneider is an exceptional dentist. He is so knowledgeable and very skilled. He found a tooth that needed to have a root canal redone because an infection started. His timely diagnosis has saved me from a more difficult procedure in the future. He was careful about the number of X rays he had done that day because he knew my concerns with the number of X rays I have had because of a lot dental work in my past. I also recently had a crown crack at the back of my mouth that Dr Schneider repaired that was done by another dentist in the past year. Dr Schneider’s procedure was so comfortable because he is so skilled and uses the latest techniques. The new crown he did fits perfectly unlike the one he replaced. I have been to many dentists because and I can say without a doubt that Dr Schneider is one of the very best. I am so glad he is my dentist.

I switched from another dental office after a number of years. Dr. Matt's office is friendly, personable, and staff interaction was professional, with no waiting. My dental hygienist was good. Plus, when I needed two crowns replaced, Dr. Matt showed me the entire process from start to finish how the crowns were designed, and created, using his state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system, all in the span of two hours! Wow! Best crowns I ever received! They fit perfectly with no problems. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Matt's practice.

I broke a tooth and wanted to get the tooth repaired quickly. I called Dr. Schneider's office as a new patient. I was able to get a same day evaluation appointment. Dr. Schneider determined I would need a crown and was able to do all of the work that day and I walked out a little over 2 hours later with a new crown. I had very little discomfort that day and no pain afterwards. I received great, prompt service, and a very pleasant experience overall.

My recent experience was having my teeth cleaned. As usual I received a pleasant welcome and only waited a few minuets before the hygienist called me back. She was friendly, professional and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Schneider came in, checked my teeth and asked if I was having any problems. I had questions, he answered them and I was on my way home. That’s what I’ve learned to expect when I have an appointment.

This was my first visit to Schneider Family Dental on a referral from another patient. I was very impressed with the care. The cleaning was the best I have ever had in my life at any other dentist. I am an attorney from Southern California and am VERY picky about my teeth/smile!! I have been going to the Schneider practice for over 5 years and they are THE friendliest, cleanest, and most welcoming dental office I have ever been to! EVERYONE, and I mean everyone is amazingly (genuinely) nice. I think they really like their job here! The office is super neat but not overly “flashy” aka comfy- ahhh! With TVs at the right angle - oh ya! Dr S is honest and provides some of THE BEST cosmetic services ever! 5*. I get all my cleanings here and regular check ups - wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I've been going to Schneider Family Dental for about 30 years and have never had a bad experience. Their recommendations and care are totally professional, competent, and effective. The staff has always been super pleasant. It's because of this quality care that I travel across town to continue to visit them rather than seek new dental care in my neighborhood.

Schneider Family Dental is by far one of the best practices I have ever experienced. After relocating from Dayton to Columbus, a friend recommended Dr. Matt’s practice to me. I had my last Dentist for 20+ years, so I was looking for that same level of personal service and care. This is the practice offers that same level of personal service and care and because of that, I’ve been going to this office for the last three years. I typically get routine cleanings and maybe a few fillings every few years and for that they've been exceptional. The dental hygienists are both professional and kind and though I’ve had multiple hygienists over the last few years, every single one I’ve had has done a fantastic job. Dr. Schneider is a stand-up dentist, and he cares for his patients. He is conservative with his treatment plans and the office does a great job explaining and coaching on timeframe and financials along the way. They always have time for you and I have never felt rushed or “just another patient”. Jessica, their Front Office Manager is on top of scheduling and is helpful walking clients through their billing. They are willing to set up payment plans and do what’s best for the patient’s treatment. The office is clean, organized, and they did a great job handling the COVID pandemic. They have up-to-date equipment and handle things efficiently. My husband experiences dental anxiety has had multiple sessions of work done on his teeth, to include cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, and Dr. Schneider has been wonderful through all of it. After every session, Dr. Schneider has helped walk us to our car and checks in via text to ensure post-op goes well. Additionally, their office is great with emergencies. My husband had sudden excruciating pain and needed a root canal and crown. This was also during a holiday week! Dr. Matt was able to assist by referring us to another dentist for temporary support and saw him a few weeks later so finish the work. To be in a situation like that is stressful and they were able to get us the support we needed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

My husband and I went to our appointments last week at Schneider Family Dental. We have been going there twice a year for many years. Dr. Matt is a great dentist and always professional and friendly. It's a great experience. And we both commented how clean our teeth looked and felt after our hygienists were finished. I had very high anxiety about going to the dentist after a previous horrible experience at another dentist. I was terrified to go, but Dr. Matt and his assistants were wonderful. It was not scary at all! They created a plan for me to get my teeth back to perfect health and I feel very confident that they will keep it pain free and easy. Went in for a consultation after a bad experience with another dentist. Dr Matt was awesome. He spent the time to describe the situation, offer options and his recommendation, and waited for questions. Rarely see this amount of time spent with the dentist at other places. They usually try to speed through each appointment but I really appreciated the time Dr Matt gave to make sure I was comfortable with everything.

All the procedures for my husband and I were handled efficiently, the hygenists were helpful and mindful of our personal comfort needs. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Our family has been going to Scheider Family Dental for many years. They are always very friendly and deliver great service. They do a great job cleaning my teeth, being gentle and caring. Arrived to my appointment ready for my cleaning. After checking my health records, determined I needed an antibiotic prior to my Procedure that I had forgotten about. Due to the their diligence, rescheduled the appointment until I contacted my doctor. I did need the medication! Thank you Dr Schneider and staff.

This was my first visit to a dentist in a LONG time due to extreme anxiety, and Dr. Matt and his team are really fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. I didn’t any shame about the condition of my oral health, and at no point did I feel any pressure to have work done that I was not comfortable with. appointment time was very accommodating staff was very nice and the service was very good .I felt the DR. and his assistances were both helpful and knew what they were supposed to do all very professional . The Dr. was eager to fix my issues but to also get the advice of a collage about root canal issues . Best crown experience of my life! Dr. Matt's hi-tech setup scanned my current tooth situation and milled a new tooth (crown) for me all in one visit! It was certainly difficult in selecting a new dentist after 20+ years, when he retired. I looked at all my options on-line and it took me a long time before I made the decision to go with Dr. Schneider. On the day of my first appointment I felt a little leery, but as soon as I stepped into Dr Schneider’s office, I felt amazingly comfortable. I was amazed! In a two hour appointment Dr Matt prepped two molars, created two crowns using advanced technology in the on site lab then fit the crowns. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming at Dr. Matt's dental practice. Dr. Matt is great, he's very thorough and doesn't push dental procedures that aren't an emergency like I've experienced with other dentists over the years. Tiffany, my hygienist is great as well. She's like family, when I go for a cleaning we always spend a few minutes catching up on what's been going on in each other's families. One more thing, my parents moved back from Florida last year, my father has some health issues and Dr. Matt and his team made them feel very welcome. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

All of the staff, hygienists, and Dr Matt are friendly, informative, and courteous. Anytime I've had questions around my dental health, Dr Matt & the hygienists have clearly explained potential options and recommendations objectively. Last year they noticed signs that I had been grinding my teeth at night. I was fitted with the Bite Soft mouth guard and it's made a world of difference!

A couple of the practice's longtime employees departed, whom I liked a lot and was very comfortable with, and I was pleased that service and care didn't skip a beat. My new hygienist (Tiffany) was super nice and did a great job. Front desk staff (Jessica) are responsive and helpful, and I like the option to text instead of call. I appreciate that Dr. Matt takes a conservative approach and won't recommend a procedure if it's not 100% necessary, and he'll work with us to find options for treatment -- I trust him! We're moving out of the area after 8 years, and I'm so sorry to have to leave this practice. Dr. Matt and and his team have taken wonderful care of us over the years. I highly recommend them.

The best dental appointment I have ever had. I am new to the area and was experiencing some discomfort in my lower jaw. I contacted the office and got seen the same day. Not only did the doctor do a full exam, the hygienist cleared my teeth and did x-rays. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thankful to have found them.

As a new patient, I was very happy they were able to schedule me in for an appointment in one day after my previous dentist couldn't reschedule a cancelled appointment for 7 months. As someone who received dental care from her uncle for the majority of her life, I was a little anxious as I attempted to find someone who was thorough and had high quality word and made me feel very comfortable in the chair. We have been patients of Dr. Matt’s for at least 20 years. We have always been more than satisfied with his work and with the hygienists and chair side assistants! The office is always quick to respond to patient needs. After pulling out a filling while eating a Milk Dud one evening, Dr. Matt repaired my tooth the very next day. No more Milk Duds for me!
